- Managing projects from initiation through to completion.
- Planning and overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Coordinating project teams and key stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress, risks, quality, and delivery against objectives.
- Managing changes and resolving project issues.
- Providing regular project status reports to senior management.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with business requirements.
